Technical / Customer Support:
We offer free technical support. This is usually not available for online stores. Our goal is to make sure that our customers can use our MP3 Players without any problems. Replies are generally made within 3 business days of inquiry, if after 3 business days your question isn't answered, please resend. The Tech Support/Customer Service Dept is closed on weekends.

Emails NOT sent through our online form won't be answered, please fill out the online form for any questions (After viewing our FAQ). When replying to our tech support e-mails please reply back with the e-mail history. Additionally, we may share information with law enforcement agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigations.

Payment:
We accept Paypal from confirmed US addresses ONLY.
PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck. Our account: sales@visual-land.com.

Shipping & Handling:
8.25% tax added if shipping to California.

Return / Exchange Policy:
Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
S&H fee is NOT refundable.
Buyer covers postage fee for returns, regardless of defect.
Items returned without an RMA # issued will be refused.
