After you have connected it via USB , press the M button to bring up the submenu, then select USB CONNECT, then select YES, once you have selected this the program for loading pictures should start.

Once the PhotoViewer software begins it will show you an explorer look of your computers contents. Locate your photos stored on your computer or camera(s) that you wish to load to the keychain frame. After you have selected a photo, you can then crop, or zoom into or zoom out of the photo, or change its orientation from Horizontal, to vertical. Then use the bottom arrow pointing RIGHT, to move over to the sync area. After you have selected and moved the files you wish to add to the keychain frame you may select Synchronize.
